I took the real estate class here in 2019. My teacher was katy. only 2 people passed on the first try. I retook the exam and still failed. I never missed a day of class. Nothing that I study/ nothing I learned /read in class was on that final exam. Nothing from the book was on that final exam. When I talked to Kathy she was just to passive saying retake the course you will be fine. I paid 587 for the course. I wasn't the only one who failed and said none of the questions studied was on that exam. Other people said the same. ... read more
