Based on who he hires to represent him, I would not recommend involving yourself with this team. Alex owns a home that he rents out. I applied for this place and John (property manager?) NEVER got back to me on if I was approved or not. I know applications go to Alex and he must not have basic protocols in place to let people know. I find this very unprofessional and it was a terrible experience trying to communicate with both of them.
