In 2018 I brought property for the first time not knowing what to do. 2018 I worked with century 21st and had 2 realtors helping me out named Al and Rosa. Once I found the home that I wanted, I was told that the price that they were asking for was lowered and that they most likely wouldn’t accept an offer any lower than what they were asking for.
