We decided to go with Brad Bigalow as our agent and that was a big mistake. Very little communication and last minute expectations. Then to have him be rude and basically act like our property isn't worth his time because it was not a $500,000 home really did it for me. I would not recommend him for anyone trying to sell a home. No issue with the company but don't use this guy.
Terrible selling experience, brokerage/agent made a lot of mistakes with the paper work. which ended up being a lot to deal with after the sale and a total headache. Would not recommend!
