The seller's agent from century 21 had a previous deal fall through because of defects in the property in the inspection report, new roof and hvac system needed, leaky toilet, foundational crack in shower, dishwasher not working and Daphne Massey did not disclose at least the HVAC problems she knew about. Do not trust them.
Best food for your money around! Have a cheesburger salad !
