If you’re a first time homebuyer. ****STOP *** I purchased my first home with Heather Laughlin under Century 21 Action. She offered to have her husband Michael Anderson of La Restorations do 28k in repairs that was wrapped into my loan. I didn’t realize that the was in the transaction was in the sellers name (her friend) so I wasn’t able to file a claim. She received payment in full at closing. That was months ago. Jon Bourgoyne is the hardest working man in real estate. I immediately liked his can do attitude, his local knowledge, his contacts in the community of plumbers, electricians, painters, landscapers, all the essential personnel, so I signed with him to sell my house in Morgan City.
