I purchased my first home in 2021 and I didn’t have much knowledge. I trusted Heather Laughlin to have her husband do repairs on my home that they were paid $30k upfront at closing for. If you’re a first time homebuyer. ****STOP *** I purchased my first home with Heather Laughlin under Century 21 Action. She offered to have her husband Michael Anderson of La Restorations do 28k in repairs that was wrapped into my loan. I didn’t realize that the was in the transaction was in the sellers name (her friend) so I wasn’t able to file a claim. She received payment in full at closing. That was months ago. I love working for this company. The tools offered to me as an agent go above and beyond any real estate company I have ever worked with! The owner’s care about their agents and their clients!

Horrible company, avoid at all costs! Illegally evicts people during emergency!
