I def recommend not trusting them! Use your own inspectors! Owning a home has been just a head ache after buying from them! I will def look for a realtor in the future who wants my family's best interest and not just a sale! For context my first day moving in was in February I have not been able to use my sink as it backs in to my basement and now stuck with paying for a plumber! She really knows her market and understands the military process in a way that makes everything feel steady and clear for the client. I’ve just been genuinely impressed. She’s knowledgeable, personable, and someone I’d confidently refer again.
If I could give half a star I would. Worst experience of my life. They act nice and friendly but only want your money/commission.
