This was the worst real estate experience I have ever had and would NEVER recommend handling your home sale or purchase with C21 Ace Realty especially with broker Brittany Voigt who was completely unethical and extremely unprofessional. The agent used every tactic imaginable in an attempt to bully me and my agent into the closing due to a missed appraisal deadline that we tried to extend prior to the due date. They were incredibly racist and scammed me with hidden fees. I do NOT recommend this company if you are looking for a home.
Amanda Leslie was my agent. She frequently used profanities and insulted me on the tour of 1379 TULLAR Road in Neenah Wisconsin. she was rude, did not explain anything, and was awful at communicating throughout the tour.
Not only was Ashley wonderful when it came to buy this first home, she also made selling it a complete breeze. We couldn't be more thankful for her involvement with us and closing this first chapter! Aboved and beyond everytime. Truly easy and the best to work with!
Finally feel like I can review. My first experience buying 15 years ago. The buying and selling agent were in the same office. Bad idea. They were pitting us against the seller. We found out when we met up with the seller to figure out exactly what the problem was. Swore I’d never use them again.
