This company lacks communication skills, consistency with the client to complete any issues addressed along with common decency. They only care about taking your money.
Do not trust this place, they overcharged my move out credit with fraudulent issues that were not even taken care of with no back up provided of the work completed. Charging me for items that were there prior to my move in along with no notice of sending the cost to a collector. Horrible at responding and also fails to address any concerns of the customer. This business does really sketchy things and I would not go to them at all. - there is a one star but honestly they don't deserve any.
If you are a property owner do NOT trust your property with Century 21 Accent Homes. The organization struggles with communication. Their business model is to have multiple individuals in the organization communicating with you versus a streamlined dedicated agent. This lead to the organization not property communicating with each other - or me.
