Sylwia Gussy is terrible and I'm assuming so is the rest of the team since most of the reviews on here are from them. I had a legitimate question on Instagram and sylwia blocked me. How can you act desperate on social media and then block someone when they have a legitimate concern? Are you incapable an answering a basic question? Do they train you past telling people it's time to buy? Does the thought of responding a concern warrant blocking someone? Get a grip, Sylwia Gussy.
When you work with Dawn, the whole process could not be any easier! She is at the top of her profession. She truly is the best of the best when it comes to homes!
Century 21 and Dawn Block are wonderful. Although stressful at times due to circumstances beyond our control, I enjoyed the experience of home selling and buying with Dawn, she made it feel like it was any other day which truly speaks to her experience. Her efficiency and attention to detail made the whole process very easy for us. Our family can grow into our new home and we have been blessed with many respectful neighbors. It's difficult to put a price on that, we can't thank Dawn and Century 21 enough!
