Quality service no matter what agent or department you work with at this office. They are dedicated and well trained to be the best representatives of the industry. They are honest and ethical even if it is not what you want to hear; but, you will know where you stand with them and they have your best interest at heart. True, they aren't the largest real estate office in Cleveland, TN. It is because, they only allow reliable, responsible, and family cultured, independent contractors to represent their company.
Even though Jeremy was aware we had an offer coming to his client within a couple hours of his first offer, he did not advise his client to wait on our offer but to go ahead and take the first offer. When we sent our offer in, he was surpried that we had offered ABOVE the asking price of the seller and ABOVE the offer that he encouraged his client to go ahead and take. He wasn't patient enough for us to draft the paperwork. Very inexperienced workers there at century21.
To bad there aren't negative numbers. I would put in one if there were. What a waste of time with this real estate. No information in over a week. I talked to a realtor who was going to get me information but talk only is what I got. LAZY PLACE. The owner tells her associates nothing when you send the office a request. Its a $400,000.00 sale. Iv'e done business with this agency off and on since 2012, from renting to buying a home. They are great people to deal with and everything goes very smoothly. Very professional and courteous. Don't hesitate to do business here.
From the moment I called the office Justin didn't seem like he wanted to help us at all. He made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. Actually told us after he showed us a dirty apartment, "I would definitely never rent to you guys." Thank you Justin, I would never rent from you. I really discourage anyone else from wasting their time.
