Anthony was an exceptional agent. Went out of his way to address any concerns and made sure we got the house we wanted. He was always available to answer questions and help with concerns. We were extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend him.
Crystal Dec represented sellers at a Lowell MA condo association where I reside. She chose not to disclose to buyers that the roof leaks. The Dec family is greedy. They worked to obtain the listings and secure the sales under a contract building and leaking roof. Edit: My advice to future renters, read the negative reviews before you decide to rent with this company. You can pay your rent on time your whole lease and be a good tenant and have video proof of existing damages and you’ll still end up paying. You will not get your all of your deposit back. This realty company puts your safety at risk. By hanging marketing materials on your door they are letting every thief know you are not at home. And they are posting this material in "no solicitation" neighborhoods.
I tried to contact the agent listed via phone, email and by leaving a message with the office receptionist. No reply. They assume they are too good for average folks. Knowing the owner brokers reputation in the community I should have known.

Received a letter from Stillhouse Creek Homeowners Association that my annual payment had not been paid and that I would be charged a late fee. When I called Maselle and Associates their response was it fell through the cracks. These folks are pathetic!!!
