Was a buyer in a home closing in Feb 2019 that included a fuel charge for half a tank of heating oil. After closing, visiting the home and find the oil tank nearly empty and close to running out. Not only putting the home in danger of freezing up, she sat in a closing, smugly across the table, with closing documents the were false and charged us for oil not there. I was a purchaser of a home listed by Lynn Jackson. She was rude, usually unavailable, missed multiple deadlines, and overall a bully. I had no confidence that she communicated my and my realtor's questions and requests to her sellers. I did not want to shake her hand at the closing - which worked out fine as she didn't show up.
Lynn is amazing at her job! Easy to work with, and sold the house fast and on price point.
