We did not plan on stopping here, but I got a frantic call from our niece who had car issues as she started on her 7-hour drive home right after we said goodbye. Since her car dash light claimed it was overheating, I told her to pull over immediately, and this was the first place she found. I didn’t plan to stop here, but I got sick to my stomach. I needed an emergency stop. Walked in and was helped right away even through the awkward situation and wasn’t even a customer. David handled it was such professionalism. After I felt better, we even talked my trip and how it was spending time in the area. We talked about Dollywood for a little bit and he was incredibly understanding.
