This agency, and particularly Stephen Paul, cannot be trusted. They tried to withhold parts of our security deposit, illegally, which we then sued them over in court and won. Now, they are trying to refuse complying with court orders to give us the money the state found was ours. Do not use Century 21 in Middletown- and avoid Stephen Paul specifically, as he has no integrity.
I had an absolutely awesome experience working with the Century 21 offices in Middletown. Anytime I called with questions someone always answered and was eager to help me. The entire staff was extremely knowledgeable and available.
