Too good to be true! My husband and I recently bought a house with a Mcmullen agent. The house was a little overpriced so we made a lower offer. No mike van sickle! STAY AWAY! Is all i need to say if you are trying to sale your home do not go with mike he is a liar and terrible with follow up took weeks to get calls back our house was shown 10 times in 6 months not one time by himself always other realtors(probably because he was too busy running his 2 coffee bars hes trying to run). Service Brad Bickel (Don's son) helped us buy our home. Since the property management part of their business was so good. We thought we'd use them for the buying / selling part of homes too. The service was the best!
So not happy!! We used Century 21 to TRY to sell our home. The service was awful. Our Realtor was never anywhere to be found. There was practically no communication after we had prospective buyers look at our home. I am not sure if the Realtor we used is even there anymore. BUT, we contacted people above her several times and still got the runaround. We were also looking for a new home and she was only available one time in 6 months to go look at homes with us. Great service and they got my home sold ASAP! We worked with a friendly, hard-working and knowledgeable agent team to get our home sold. They went out of their way / above-and-beyond to market our property (many open houses, magazine ads, etc.) ... best of all they got our home sold!

Good Century 21 realtors is a great company. They are honest and it really feels as if they want to help the customer. It is a great place to talk to if you are in search of buying a home or finding a place for your business. They also include another group called Preferred Properties that specializes in rentals. The apartments that they rent out are clean and reasonably priced. They also offer an on-call repairman for certain apartments that can fix anything from a leaky faucet to a broken lock.
