Dr. Patel is an exceptional physician and is willing to listen. Under his direction my pain level has been reduced to tolerable levels.
Dr. Patel is s great physician who is highly informative, kind, and courteous, making every visit a positive experience. His professionalism and care truly stand out. However, my interactions with the front staff, particularly Brandi, have been less satisfactory. During conversations, including one prior to my epidural appointment about obtaining a doctor's note for missed work, I felt dismissed due to eye-rolling and a condescending tone, which made it seem like my requests were unexpected.
