I had a great experience with Annette. She is so knowledgeable and responsive -- and she knew better than I did about what I needed in an apartment and what I didn't. She fought for me when necessary and she also never pushed when I needed space to make a decision. She was an excellent sherpa for someone who didn't know the DC market.
