Constant change in mgmt so if you need something it takes forever example...we had a leak coming from the upstairs tenants bathroom and it took 3 months for it to get resolved. We had to initiate it and then the servicer had to invoice CMC. Expect to handle your own issues.
It was a wednesday at 2'oclock and no one was home. Figures, i went there to complain about the manager at my apartments who was trying tonpull some illegal ishh. This is a crooked company that treats people bad.

At first the apartment were nice now they run down. Prices keep going up. Last manger very professional had made big changes in apartments. now I was speaking to Lucy Ramirez very rude as hell will not be renewing my lease. Last Manager made it assign parking now people park where they want 2. Some people have 3 or 4 vehicle per 1 bedroom so when you call the tow company they never show up. Been about 4 weeks and still have a leak that I gotta empty out every hour or so. The smell is obnoxious and is not acceptable with a baby in the house. Upstairs guy is not calling maintenance and management is hard to get in contact with. centurion just leaves him a note about what he already knows.
