Joe is part of the maintenance team here at Centurion. When I call or text he gets right back to me, works to get the problem solved. He is very efficient , pleasant and I really appreciate all he does for us.
We have lived here for almost 3 years and absolutely loved it. Quiet, respectful neighbors, and always clean. Veronica the property manager is awesome and definitely went the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience. Joe from maintenance is great and was always available if we needed assistance.
Today was a bittersweet moment, I relocated to Elizabeth NJ in May of 2022 and needed a place to live. My husband wasn’t comfortable with me living in New Jersey. However, Centurion @ 321 South Broad Street was my home away from home, safe, secure, clean, quiet and awesome response time by Property Manager Veronica Strain and her team ( Building Superintendent & maintenance team) when needed. I recommend this apartment complex to everyone who needs a great place to live.
I've been a resident here since 2022 and I can honestly say I love it here very peaceful and quiet along with the cleanliness. I would like to add the staff here is amazing. Veronica, Joe, and other maintenance teams are very professional and very fast acting to all of your needs. I super recommend this apartments!
I wanted to update my review after living here for two years and having more time to reflect on my experience. Overall, the building is well-kept and quiet. Joe does an excellent job taking care of any maintenance needs in the building. He is very courteous, responds quickly, and always ensures the job is done right.
