I hired Centurion to remove a wall. A structural engineer wrote a letter stating that it was not load bearing. Even though Mike saw the letter, he had his workers confirm 100% that it was not load bearing before removing the wall. The peace of mind it gave me is priceless. Centurion is top notch and so are their workers.
