First of all, the scheduling was a complete nightmare. It took 3 people including a manager to get me scheduled to complete my truck. Once scheduled the driver that was supposed to pick up my truck at 9am was 30 min late. From there we did a walk around and I explained any issues that were already existing on the vehicle (scratches, dents, etc.).
