Ross was prompt on the phone and in person, helped us out on a tight timeframe and did a great job.
We hired Centurion Appraisal for an estate settlement and we couldn't have been more pleased. The appraiser was right on time and very nice! The appraisal was completed within two days and the report was done very professionally and the value was in line with what a realtor friend of ours thought it would be. Lazy researcher. Unfair estimate based off of homes not near me nor not similar to my home. One of them wasn't even built and others sold 6 months to a year earlier. left out specifics of my home that would raise market value. he spent 25 minutes took crappy cell phone pictures, didn't measure or anything else. report was exactly what Zillow had on it. he just copied that price which Zillow has admitted to have up to 30% margin of error. even my home insurance had a higher price on my home. these guys rip off veterans by cha... read more
