I have resided here for almost two years and I am happy to say it is worth every penny. First, whenever I need help, the location manager would offer support and he is kind and understanding. Second, the management would respond to your emails and they are professional and listening. Thirdly, in terms of utilities, they all work perfectly. Water is hot enough, electricity supply is stable, the stoves and fridge are in great working condition. I will move out soon due to personal reasons. I wish I could rate this company 0 or (-). Don't waste your time to even search for any unit in this company. They promise you a unit and easily rent it to others while you are waiting to move in w/o giving you a heads up.....shame!
On new year day I had a toilet break and I didn't want to call on new year's, but I had to ! Clement came within 15 min and fixed it, he was friendly and it was really broken and he worked hard and well, I'm so appreciative to Clement at 2 biggin court apt in toronto Happy new year nicole Atkinson
