The team at Centurion American does a great job of partnering with cities to create real communities that help fulfill the needs of growing North Texas municipalities. I'm constantly impressed by the thoughtfulness that goes into creating a community and selecting builders to offer choices to homeowners.
Absolutely horrible. Not responsive. Moves slow. And plans don't make sense. If this is the developer in your neighborhood, I advise it be completed 100% and you not be one of the first to move there. This is beyond growing pains. I've been trying to get basic information for months because the developer, HOA, and builders are all dishonest and withhold information.
This probably the worst developer in DFW. If you are looking in a community that they are the developer please look somewhere else. These people are liars and do not build anything they say. I live in Mobberly Farms, our amenity center has been in construction over a year and still not finished. These people are absolute garbage! Nothing of the building plans matches the actual building project. The City of Pilot Point has already been notified of the building irregularities and non compliance.
