If you’re considering moving into a community developed by Centurion American Development Group — RUN! They are by far one of the most mismanaged developers I’ve ever dealt with. Endless delays, unreliable subcontractors, incompetence, compliance issues, and a complete lack of accountability — the list goes on. The retaining wall in my backyard (built by Centurion) is literally falling apart, and the damage gets worse after every rainfall.
