Centurion is the developer of our neighborhood in McKinney. Our landscaping, for starters, is so subpar and embarrassing. The homeowners were told nine months ago that bids were being accepted for new landscapers and still nothing has been done. The homeowners finally decided to use private HOA funds to add five ornamental trees to the entrance street. Disorganized company - never returns phone calls, receptionist is dumb as a box of rocks - almost any other homebuilder would be a better choice than Centurion American Homes.
Centurion American Development Group is in my opinion one of the best developers in all of DFW and Texas. They don't actually build homes as the other review mentions, Crescent Estates is their in-house custom home builder.
