I have been trying to get an issue resolved for a visit in 2025. When I went in to see a doctor I overpaid my co-pay. I have tried phoning landmark multiple times but I keep being told that the office manager will call me back. I have been told this at least 3 times by various people. The office manager has not bothered to take my calls or call me back. The doctors at this location are very professional but unfortunately I cannot say the same for the office staff and especially the office manager. It has been extremely frust... read more
Kathy (receptionist) was very sweet booking my new patient appointment; she made sure all my questions/concerns were addressed prior to my visit. Chloe (MA) was very kind and gentle; had the smoothest blood draw! Dr. Quinette was very welcoming and friendly; provided additional information/support for things I’ve been struggling with. The staff made me comfortable the whole time. This has become my new PCP and would absolutely recommend! :)
