I have been trying to get an issue resolved for a visit in 2025. When I went in to see a doctor I overpaid my co-pay. I have tried phoning landmark multiple times but I keep being told that the office manager will call me back. I have been told this at least 3 times by various people. The office manager has not bothered to take my calls or call me back. Kathy (receptionist) was very sweet booking my new patient appointment; she made sure all my questions/concerns were addressed prior to my visit. Chloe (MA) was very kind and gentle; had the smoothest blood draw! Dr. Quinette was very welcoming and friendly; provided additional information/support for things I’ve been struggling with. The staff made me comfortable the whole time. This has become my new PCP and would absolutely recommend! :)
Dr. Hoan Dang might not only be my new favorite doctor, but one of my new favorite people. He is supportive, kind, funny, and most of all knowledgeable. On my second visit, he remembered everything about the first time I saw him, didn't ask me repetitive questions, and genuinely was concerned about my concerns.
