I have been nothing but impressed with the care I have received from my orthopedic surgeon, Dr Michelle Dudevoir. She and her staff, including her nurse Samantha, Cindy in scheduling and the front office team are friendly, caring and professional. Samantha has always been courteous, informative and professional and is a whiz at removing sutures carefully, quickly and pain-free. Two surgeries earlier this year with this group (Bobby Howarth); failed, as neither of which addressed the root of the issue. His NP Jae Sanders is consistently rude, very inconsiderate, unprofessional, and an abusive power tripper. I’ve learned, and since met several others who experienced the same. My 12 wk knee post op never happened, as (per Jae) I was only permitted to schedule last appt of the day on any date (this was an ongoing battle and completely unnecessary) which I couldn’t make.
