Amanda was professional and caring in her evaluation of my after hospitalization care. She explained things so I could understand and followed up as she said she would do.
Amanda is very good at what she does. She listened as we described symptoms and provided referrals as needed. She’s very good at explaining everything in detail as well. We’re very happy to have her as the Primary Care associate for my husband.
Dr Susan Heffley is personable and actively investigates my personal health questions. I’ve never had such a perfect primary care physician.
I have been patient since 1/2020 had always and awesome experience from the minute I walked in the door (Covid was running rampant) and even though it was a stressful time the front desk check in was smiles and a positive attitude. This time it was very sad you could feel the stress land strain of the three ladies the phones, checking in patients was seen on their faces. Dr. Pyle is awesome. My blood work showed that I have high cholesterol and she took time with me to discuss my options and take care of my needs.
