They shut down the Endocrinology department, making everybody scramble to find new providers. Reminds me of Kmart Blue Light Specials and going out of Business.

Went in for an Endocrinology Appointment, and was informed the Endocrinology department was being shut down at this hospital. Diabetics beware of this place, they don't keep experts on staff anymore? Blows my mind a hospital is willing to remove an entire department that diagnosis, and keeps regular patients with a life time illness just second rate. Will defiantly think twice before ever using this hospital in future if not black listing it as a hospital choice if ever in a emergency situation.

Talk about fraudulent billing, I have never seen a place so blatantly corrupt to it patients. Centura Health will refuse to do anything about your ailments but will happily take your money. If you’re in need of treatment I would recommend literally anywhere else.

Charges for simple procedures were super inflated, 3-10 times more than listed at Centura website and HBB. Written and phone complaints gave no result. Save yourself some trouble and check hospital reviews beforehand. I wish I did.

I received a call saying my blood work was abnormal. I was half asleep so I didn’t ask questions now I’ve been trying to get someone to tell me what’s going on and o just keep getting put off. I love the fact that they don’t seem to realize how much stress they are putting me thru. I’m getting angry and I guess Im going to have to show up in the morning and camp out till I get an explanation
