Very irresponsible practice and practice manager. I was punished for the doctor rescheduling my appt less than 24 hours before my appt time and ive been left with no medication now even though i called over a week ago to have it filled. No one returned my call to let me know that i needed to be seen. I also have been given no time to find a new provider. Dr. Lindsey used to be a wonderful provider now it seems she doesnt have time to care for her patients anymore. I will be moving ti banner for my familys healthcare from now... read more
As other reviewers have stated, I've been unable to get ahold of anybody at this place. I sent them a message and was told to wait 48 hours for a response. I've waited 96 hours, and I still haven't gotten a response. They don't have an appointment available for a month, according to their website. They are clearly understaffed, and by the looks of the other reviews on here, this has been going on for months. The healthcare business in this country is the pits.
If I were reviewing Dr. Cuervo only, it would be a 5 star but, I can’t say the same for the person scheduling appointments. It would be nice if it was understood that patients have work/life challenges too and being a RN, sometimes schedules change. I see the doctor once a year and only because I have too. Feeling as though my need to reschedule is a burden and inconvenience does not make me want to come back. The bottom line - nursing schedules don’t always stay as planned. This office has apparently cut staff as we could not reach them to schedule an appointment and were transferred to Longmont hospital and their eternal queue. Terrible service. Sorry, you can’t blame COVID for this. You just don’t want to pay for a receptionist.
My mother and I have been seening seeing Dr. Lindsay for a while and she is one of the best family practice doctor I ever met. I highly recommend you to see her if you are looking for someone that cares about your health. The staff are great and really helpful 10/10.
