Pat, the nurse at the infusion center, is an absolute gem. She goes above and beyond to ensure that I have a comfortable and pain-free experience. Unlike the horrible nurses in the emergency rooms who leave me with bruises, Pat is incredibly skilled at injecting IVs. She truly listens to my concerns and knows how to do a great job. I highly recommend Pat to anyone who needs an IV. She deserves a raise for her exceptional work. Going to this ER has been the absolutely worst experience I have ever had at any ER for any emergency I have ever had. I went in with chest pains, consistent vomiting, shakes, chills, heat flashes and fever, and they still had me waiting in the waiting room for up to an hour and a half, and I’m just appalled by the fact that this is our healthcare service.
Everyone I dealt with was quite professional, and they put up pretty well with my wisecracks! It was as good an experience as could be expected.
Was transported here for a mental health hold back in Sept. This picture is the nurse that was suppose to be keeping me "safe" while she slept. I also got threaten by the so called security thats in this place which was cool
