The PA was professional, but the check-in person/policy is racially discriminatory. They will keep your ID and other credentials in distrust and suspicion, fearing you'll slip out the back door and not pay them. No other medical facility in my 69 years has ever done that. Anyone else will return your ID etc right away. The person who took my vitals got everything wrong as she rushed through the process. The ladies at the front desk can be rude more often than not. Service always takes forever. They over charge what they quote you. They're cheaper than the ER which is why I use them.
My husband who is reluctant to receive medical help had a very positive, reassuring experience with the receptionist, nurse and doctor at Centura Health Urgent Care. I am relieved to know I can access their services too!
Wife prescribed drugs with adverse reactions twice in last 4 weeks. Woman with poor bedside manner said vomiting and diarrhea did not call for extra fluids; just take medicine and limit fluid intake??? WRONG! Had we followed her instructions, wife would have ended up dehydrated and in hospital with I.V.. The first misdiagnosis she prescribed a super-powerful antibiotic, made wife sicker. Go somewhere else.
