DO NOT GO HERE FOR URGENT CARE. The billing here is complete thievery. Went in for a minor ear infection, was told by really nice and helpful staff that it would be billed as an urgent care visit, then got an email telling the tale of a hospital visit and a $500 bill! No matter how great the staff is, their billing practices for urgent care are downright CRIMINAL. Avoid at all costs. Next Care less than a mile away will charge you a very small fraction of whatever imaginary things they charge you for here.
Avoid going here if you do not have the best insurance. I read the bad reviews but I had a high fever and came here, I wish I would have driven further. This place is very expensive ($850 for a flu test?), I will not be returning. Only giving it 2 stars because the staff were nice, otherwise it would be a 1 star.
Beyond disappointed in my 2 visits about 3 years apart. Please read other reviews ... the billing is a joke and the Doctors just don't do a good job. I called to get an itemized bill and I was asked "who is the bill for; yourself or insurance?" I asked why that matters and the billing person responded that "I need to know so I can request the correct documents." How does an itemized bill differ no matter who you are sending it to?
