Worst urgent care, always have issue with their wrong/over billing. Today went for urgent care for a stomach pain for my wife, here are sequence of steps occurred: 1. I've called insurance to confirm the facility is IN-Network 2. We were checked-in by the front desk person 3. very bad at billing services. Billing are scam at their end and charges separately and for one service you need to pay two times copay
Disrespectful staff. Under staffed? Apparently overworked? 12-14 hours of puking? Covid Test. Bleeding all over the place? Covid Test. Seizure? Covid Test. Gunshot wound? Covid Test. Cancer? Covid Test. 105+ degree fever? Covid Test. Literally everything about this place just revolves around Covid. Must be the best money maker. ALSO, get billed 4-5 months later. NOTE: DO NOT GO TO THE ER UNLESS YOU HAVE COVID, ONLY TIME THEY'LL ACTUALLY PRETEND TO CARE HERE.
I went here Christmas day after I was attacked by a traumatized rescue cat with razor sharp claws in search of basic care and antibiotics, seeing as how no one else was open that day.
