Centsible Heating and Air Conditioning just completed a mini split (multiple splits) installation in our home. We couldn't be more pleased with the service provided, the professionalism and friendliness of everyone involved in this process from start to finish and the quality of the system. Many thanks to the crew who got us thru this process with minimal disruption. Derek, sales manager and the guys that did the installation: Austin, Ryan, Alex and Antonio. We highly recommend Centsible.
Since I’ve met Derek, he has been so engaging and very helpful. His services are ready and available have been talked about at so many meetings! He has been great! Couldn’t recommend his services more.
Always a great experience working with Centsible. After noticing my older furnace wasn’t working great, Alex and Derek came out right away and gave me a quote, he explained everything perfectly and even realized we could go down to a lower tonnage AC unit to save me money. I’ve worked with many companies as a realtor and have found Centsible to be the best HVAC in the area, I recommend them to all my clients and use them for my own properties.
Im a little late responding to this. BUT a big kudos 👏 to Hunter, Ryan, Austin and Derek!!! Aside from being very professional and punctual these guys knew their jobs and were very polite/ friendly. The whole centsible family were great!!! They actually cared and made us feel important and like we were family too. You'll always be on our speed dial!!😀
I called Centsible first thing this morning and from start to finish the experience was top notch. Lori was super friendly when I called to schedule and a technician was at my residence by 9am. Antonio diagnosed the problem immediately, found the part to fix our furnace and took care of it same day. (THANK GOODNESS) It’s so nice to have such great customer service right around the corner.
