I contacted centsible to have my electric hot water heater upgraded to a gas water heater. Derek came to my home and walked me through all the different options including a on demand water heater. With his knowledge we decided on a gas on demand. Within just a few days, two guys were at the house and the job was completed in a timely manner. I’m completely happy with the support and service I’ve received from Centsible. Ryan recently visited for an annual furnace maintenance check; we purchased the furnace last year, and I was absolutely floored that he remembered having worked on it (I couldn’t remember the team who installed it!). I get the sense that the staff at Centsible are happy, and to me - that is a true indicator of a successful, reliable business.
Our furnace went out on Sunday. Austin and Cory were here today to install a new furnace. They worked very hard to put in a new furnace. They were fast, knowledgeable and answered all my questions! I would highly recommend Centsible Heating and Air conditioning company! When we are able, we will have them also install a new unit too. They were fast, reliable installers!
Great, quick, and quality service. Our heat went out right before the holidays. Despite the bad timing, Centsible was able to get someone to our home to resolve the issue within 24 hours. Daniel in Coloma provided the service. He was happy to help, arrived quickly, explained the furnace and its functions well, and changed the filter also! He provided great service. Will be calling again and looking into the yearly maintenance options!
