Had a great service install from the team at Centsible. From the start, Derek was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond what I expected from a furnace replacement. The Centsible team was able to squeeze me in on an emergency heating call to fix my heating. My unit was from 2005, so it was time to get replaced. I contacted centsible to have my electric hot water heater upgraded to a gas water heater. Derek came to my home and walked me through all the different options including a on demand water heater. With his knowledge we decided on a gas on demand. Within just a few days, two guys were at the house and the job was completed in a timely manner. Our technician, Daniel, was knowledgeable, courteous & knew just where to start troubleshooting our furnace issue. He also recommended a PM “Club” plan to make sure we’re getting max life from our system for a reasonable rate, which includes fall furnace & spring A/C checks. So glad someone recommended him & Centsiblle!
Our furnace stopped working, and the repair technician was here within minutes. He quickly diagnosed and repaired a sensor, explained exactly what he was doing, and offered helpful recommendations moving forward. Very friendly, polite, and professional. Centsible is absolutely the way to go. Extremely pleased with their service and the quality of their staff.
