They put in a new furnace and central air for me. From the first call to them "Kristin" made me laugh. The way they answer the phone will put you in a good mood. They are all very kind and helpful. Hunter came to my house for the quote and he was very informational about everything which I really apricated. When the guys came out to do the work they put plastic down on my floors so they wouldn't bring dirt in and then when they left they picked it up and wiped up anything that was left behind. J R came and maintained our three cooling units. He was very professional and thorough. As he was going through the process, he was explaining to me what he was doing and why. At the end, he went over the system performance report with me and I think he did a great job I would highly recommend using Centsible heating and air-conditioning for all of your needs.
Austin did a great job replacing the defective part in my heat pump, patiently explaining the entire process to me. Furthermore, Centsible demonstrated their integrity and professionalism by quickly diagnosing the problem with my heat pump and quickly repairing the unit. Centsible shined with their product and service when I needed them most. Great company to do business with! Great people!
JR came out to hook up the rest of our furnace and now everything is working very well. He is very knowledgeable, polite, professional, and he was able to answer all my questions. I know I had a lot and he showed patience with me and made sure I understood. I definitely recommend him. Thank you also Dan for getting back to our phone calls even on a weekend. Cory and Ryan installed a new furnace and central air conditioner in my home today. Wow, what a fabulous job they did. They were very knowledgeable about everything they did and the questions I asked. They cleaned everything up.
