They were prompt and very friendly and knowledgeable. Antonio was my service tech and fixed a couple minor issues at no charge and was very professional. The office personnel are always very friendly and I recommend sensible heat to anyone who needs service. I had my mini split installed a few years back from them and have no issues at all.
Centsible was easy to work with and had great product options to fit our needs. Derek and Hunter were very thorough with helping on the administrative side and Corey and Austin were amazing at the installation. Very professional, hardworking, and helped us after being without air for 3 weeks.
VERY pleased with the short turnaround between the failure of my old AC unit and the installation of the new one. The whole team, from the receptionist, the technician that arrived to assess the old unit and the installation team, were pleasant to work with. Austin and Corey worked diligently to complete the installation and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Well done!
Never disappointed with the work by the Centsible team. Austin and Corey installed my new 3 ton AC unit yesterday did a great job. They overcame a few obstacles encountered during the installation, figured it out and got it done. Owner, Dan showed up during the install to check on the team and lend a hand. Also have to give a shout out to Hunter and the office team. They are always attentive and willing to help. TY All!
Called for a new a/c unit. Lowest estimate i got. Derek was awesome, he explained everything in terms i understood perfectly. Installation was done in less than a week. Austin, Ryan and Corey were great and had it finished in less than 2hrs. Another great thing was that they added discounted repair/service my pre existing furnace ( which was not purchased through them) to my 10yr warranty.
