Beware of using this company. This company stated my AC unit was over 10 years old to the Warranty Company. My AC is fact only 3 years old. They tried to make me pay outrages prices to replace things that weren't needed.

This company was contracted by our home insurance company to assess and fix our A/C. Well here we are 8 days later and still have no A/C. The service tech Chris finally showed the day we were told he'd arrive between 8-12 at 6 pm. He was here less than 10 minutes. Didn't check the outside only the unit in attic, took some pictures said it was some motor and said someone would get back to us then left. Called home warranty company about a ac repairman who come out took photos of problem completed his paperwork and got paid said he would send info to warranty company it's been 5 days no contact from these people called left voice mail emails still no contact finally spoke to a dispatcher supervisor after being told my warranty company is waiting on THEM to send photos repair problem was advised she would send them the info waited ALL damn day still nothing I finally had to send the warranty company the repair sheet and phot... read more

Stay Away!!! Centsable Cooling and Heating LLC is an awful company. They were supposed to come out on Thursday the 12/1 and they no showed and then they rescheduled for Friday and they no showed and then Monday 12/5/16 and they no showed and then again today on 12/6/16 and they called and cancelled the appointment. I have taken off four days from work sitting at home only to not have them show up. Fifth time is a charm I guess. Our home warranty company sent Centsable out to look at our failing A/C system. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue with low coolant or Freon. After a quick “add” he went on his way. Two days later the issue presented itself again. Centsable sent out another technician to look at the system and he deemed it as functioning properly but needed a new air handling unit.
