The Barrie reception keeps scheduling me on Fridays and it says Tuesdays and Thursdays appointments only. I said will the doctor be there they said no. The Newmarket location is always on point. I just wait to call any day except Tuesday or Thursday so the Barrie Location doesnt awnser. Very poor practices at this location.
Worst ever I use to see Dr shah, when he left/ retired i started seeing other doctor on their 8 hour a week schedule always at least a 2 hour wait. If the doctor even shows up yup.3 occasions now no show. I ask on day can I pls have a 2pm appointment as I must be out intime for work. So schedule way ahead first appointment of day. Ya 2:30 doctor hadn't arrived or receptionist. Pharmacy informed they were coming soon. Absolutely horrible woukd not recommend. Worst place pharmacy is open but not the drs office says open at 11am but no one at drs office not even reception your getting paid to work and u don’t show up you don’t care about your patients once you improve I’ll change the review
