This place is clearly understaffed and suffering because of it. A staff member then asked me, a patient with an appointment to assist and guide a random other patient, something I have no idea/training on how to do. The doctor told me I had to get a plethora of other things done as I am a "new patient". I told him I was ok and had similar procedures done within a few months of my visit, he continued to argue me.
