Perfect attention from Maile (front desk) we understood each other and did a great job!
Staff is extremely friendly - that’s my one star. Scheduling is horrible. Had a 12pm appointment - was there 10 min early. At 1pm I asked the front desk if this type of wait was normal in which I was told “the Dr is very thorough”. Okay, but at least tell the patients waiting that the doctor is extremely behind on time. Not fair to leave people waiting unknowingly for that long - Especially when sick. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff , but will definitely be finding another primary. Unfortunately they do not respect your time. I was a recently new patient and for my first appointment the doctor was about an hour and a half late. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because things happen, but then for my follow-up appointment I waited TWO HOURS to be seen. And looking at some of these reviews I see it wasn’t just a fluke, it is a pattern for this office.
