La atenci�n siempre excelente desde que entras m�s sin embargo ten�a cita en estos d�as y me informaron que lamentablemente la Dra P�rez no se encontraba ya, me gustar�a dar una recomendaci�n.Seria muy buena opci�n que el Dr Al�en P�rez regrese a este centro. What's up with the good reviews? Absolute nightmare trying to reach someone at the front desk, unless you go there in person, which is not always possible for people who work. Also, they changed my PCP on me last minute right before an appointment. Sad that this is the healthcare system working class people are stuck with.
If I could give this place and the doctor Manuel Lan a negative start I would. They changed my PCP doctor over the weekend, and just told me today 30 min before my appointment. I had to change to a new doctor that I never saw in my life, which is terrible. This doctor is clueless about my test results, doesn’t answer any questions you have, and you have to pay again to “go over your results” with someone you just met. Do yourself a favor DO NOT waste your time and money with this place.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Abigail. I was taken by her professionalism and kind heart to help me in my circumstances, and her willingness to make sure everything I needed was taken care of. She was very sensitive to my needs, and the joy in her voice was breathtaking.
