Esta gente te hace perder el tiempo no los recomiendo , mi día comienza a las 5:00am hoy pospuse todo para estar listo ✅ para exámenes a las 8:15 am , despues de 20 mi esperando , su respuesta fue , el clínico no bino no hay nada q hacer ven otro día 😠, o si quieres as tu propia sita en el centro clínico …. El trabajo de las asistente no es completo , la morena siempre de mal humor 😒
The service was great,Birginia Perez was very nice and very helpful in my appointment, she answered me all my questions and she was really nice make me feel good, the doctors are really good, the nurses were really helpful in my treatment I m so grateful to have them, they are the best care !!

Do not go to this Clinic. So busy and not prepared. I went to my annual physical. But there were no supplies to complete a Pap smear. I rescheduled 2 times and when I arrived to my appointment still no supplies. And although Pap smear is preventative work, which means insurance should cover. I was asked to pay a $25 copay for that visit. I did not pay since there was no supplies. In additional to lack of supplies, they charged me $25 just to read my physical test results to me. Unorganized. The app and the office information don't sync up so a simple appt can "throw the providers off schedule." No direct number to clinics, just a general 1-800 call center that takes forever and sometimes the clinic doesn't even answer when They call. Nurse practitioner rushed exam and didn't even spend 5 minutes to talk about my health concerns?! Appointments can take 2 or more weeks... I regret choosing this clinic.
