They have the worst customer service ever they could never find appointment. I don’t recommend this at all to anybody to anybody.
I GAVE THEM A GOOD REVIEW AT FIRST BUT I HAVE CAME TO FIND OUT THAT THIS PLACE IS SO BAD WITH THIER PATIENTS THEY REALLY DON'T EVER ANSWER THE PHONE AN THEY DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT HELP AT ALL WITH THE REFERRALS I HAVE TUMORS IN MY STOMACH AN CAN'T GET THESE PEOPLE ON THE PHONE I HAVE BEEN WAITING A YEAR FOR A COLONOSCAPY AN CAN'T GET ANY THING DONE ATBTHIS POINT IM ABOUT TO REPORT THEM CAUSE IM ABOUT TO DIE AN THEY NOT HELPING ME 😢 😞!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR NOTHING THIS IS A HORSE DR. IM TOO MAD
I waited 20 days for an appointment, and on the day of the consultation, they told me that the doctor wasn’t feeling well and that I would be referred to another one, and now the consultation would be over the phone. Well, I waited. I called again since no one had called me at the scheduled time, and they told me I had to wait for their call. The whole day passed, and they never called me. I was never attended to.
The doctor here is not bad but this is a horrible company when it comes to referrals and they have the most incompetent employees handling referrals. It simply is a nightmare every time I need referrals from them. I will start looking for other options for primary care due to this problem specifically.
