Last Wednesday I checked with the Doctor for referrals today I called referrals are in the system but sending to the patient every time they will send to your email I m with them for many years but never received referrals on email now I m fed up this clinic referrals are so urgent but they don’t care. Very unprofessional staff, front desk lady always big problem can’t speak single word of English,doctors are good but all staff should be changed with experience ones. Great PCP, Terrible call system. Feels like the call center is in place to block people talking to people on staff as they don't even answer and screen their calls.
I will not recommend this clinic. First, the providers are not as helpful as the expected.Second, the front desk scheduler doesnt know her job. My dad is as seen by Erin Sanders, ordered for blood draw. We have waited waited overnigbt for the order to be sent to my dad's email address(as advised by the scheduler) but not received anything.My dad was already NPO since midnight and we have not received the order until 9am of the ffg day. I called two weeks ago for a referral and was told it was done. Never received this referral. Why do I always have to go through a call center? I really use to love this office but I am starting feel like they could care less.
