Made an appointment several weeks in advance. Got a notification only 2 hours before my appointment that I needed to change an intricacy with my health insurance to be able to even see someone and of course, that’s not possible. Complete waste of time, avoid completely.
I recently went to this clinic with my wife for the first time to do our annual exams and the truth is that the doctor does not spend a minimum of time at all to listen and analyze the patient's health concerns. Definitely Neither I nor my wife will return to this place we feel very bad because here they have 0 interest and empathy with the patient
One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a doctor’s office. The front desk staff is completely unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. They never smile, never try to assist, and seem more interested in creating problems than solving them. Every time I had a question, I was met with attitude or ignored altogether. What made it even worse is that all three front desk staff constantly spoke Spanish to each other while I was trying to speak with them about my situation.
