Pésima atención llegué 40 minutos antes de mi cita ñ, me hicieron esperar una hora más después de mi cita y aún no me atendieron,llegaba gente y la pasaban de una se supone que tenemos cita con hora para ser atendidos a esa hora,y todavía cuando les pregunté porque la tardan me dicen que solo hay dos cuartos y que hay que esperas reprograme mi cita y me la dejan hasta 20 días después con ellos uno se muere,pésimo,pésima atención no les recomiendo que pierdan su tiempo en esa clínica

I dont ever leave reviews unless I extremely like a place or had the worse experience ever. Guess which category this one falls under: So I walked in a couple days ago for my lab and the front desk lady got confused and thought I was there for my lab results. But prior I already told her I never been there and I was there to take my labs not to get my results yet because I haven't even been to a physical location to do the lab work first. Very nice staff! Second most patient PCP I've met. I say second because she didn't give a lollipop like my childhood doctor LOL. Thank you guys for making this easy for me!
This company has the worst appointment scheduling of any practice I've dealt with. Appointments are scheduled through a different office, not where you'll be seen. First call in the AM the rep was kind. After setting up my profile I waited about 30 mins as she tried to confirm my insurance and she finally said call back later, no problem. Called in the PM and another rep had me holding for 20 mins and again couldn't confirm insurance and then suddenly they hung up while I was on hold.
