Very nice staff! Second most patient PCP I've met. I say second because she didn't give a lollipop like my childhood doctor LOL. Thank you guys for making this easy for me!
This company has the worst appointment scheduling of any practice I've dealt with. Appointments are scheduled through a different office, not where you'll be seen. First call in the AM the rep was kind. After setting up my profile I waited about 30 mins as she tried to confirm my insurance and she finally said call back later, no problem. Called in the PM and another rep had me holding for 20 mins and again couldn't confirm insurance and then suddenly they hung up while I was on hold. En esta clínica las trabajadoras de la recepción tienen muy mala educación, fui a un turno medico con mi esposo q siempre se atiende hay en otra ocasión e pasado con el a la consulta, y hoy no me dejaron pasar con el y me lo dijeron en mala forma,quede muy disgustada,
Me sentí súper cuando Nataly del laboratorio me sacó la sangre no sentí nada ni el punzón la recomiendo estoy muy contenta
Satisfecho con la attention de Nathalie en el laboratorio muy profecional.La recomiendo.
