I had an appointment at 10:00 a.m. for my annual blood test. When I arrived, I was told that the lab technician had called out. I was asked to sit and wait while the staff prepared paperwork so I could have my blood work done at LabCorp. I waited about 40 minutes. During that time, the two front desk employees appeared to be on their phones, including looking at TikTok videos, instead of assisting patients.
