Update: March 2026. More referral issues. Had a telemed appointment to get a new referral and update another one. Took 2 weeks and 7 phone calls for the update to happen. The new referral still hasn't been properly submitted. The doctor put in the wrong code. Takes apparently a miracle to get them to fix that. Almost 3 weeks now and I lost track of how many phone calls. Point 1: don't ever schedule a telemed appointment, they are useless. Point 2: counting down the days until I'm done with Centrum Health. Phone never gets answer. I’ve been waiting for over 2 weeks for my blood test results. I was told they’ve marked my chart as they’ve already spoke to me but no copy has been given or sent to me. No one calls me back and there’s only one main line. I’m honestly disappointed and unsatisfied with the way this faculty has handled anything. The first thing I asked them was not to do me wrong and it was the first thing they did.

Based on the other reviews I genuinely believed I found a reliable clinic and PCP after 6 years of bouncing around. The only good thing I have to say about this clinic is that I didn't have to book a month out for an appointment. It's been a month since my appointments and I've had to harass Centrum for my referrals and test results and still have yet to receive them formally!
