I had an appointment at 10:30am and never received any confirmations so I called at 10am to confirm and they confirmed it. When I got to the clinic, they told me they tried calling but my line was showing “busy” and even attempted to call in front of me but it just beeped (my phone was not busy and doesn’t filter calls out so it should’ve gone through which means it’s an issue with the phone) and she made no other attempts to contact. I became a patient late last year, my feedback isn’t for the doctor but for the front desk staff and whoever schedules the appointment over the phone. My first appointment I was accused of refusing to take a photo (that nobody asked me to take) by one of the front desk ladies, I was waiting to be seen and instead asking to take a photo to have on file she accused me of refusing? Dr. Judith Erickson is incredibly impatient, rude, and uninformed. Apparently, if you Google her, this has been her personality and identity for a long time. Context: My mother has been battling a chronic, severe cough for almost a year.
