There is no way to contact the office in Irving. When you call Centrum it sends you to a national call center for the company and they forward your messages to the individual offices. The problem is no one looks at these messages in the office. I asked Dr. Erickson several times, "now for refills I just call in?" she responded yes, just call them in and I'll refill them, usually the same day. Very disappointed. They canceled my first appointment, and after I waited a month and scheduled another one, they canceled that one too. It is already difficult to get a doctor’s appointment here. Patients deserve better communication and respect for their time.

No volveré más…. No me llamen más, que no volveré porque cuando debieron atenderme, me ignoraron poniendo excusas sin sentido. Es absurdo como te ignoran cuando estás ahí y luego te queman el teléfono llamando para que saques cita con ellos. En mi vida me había sentido tan ignorada,Sentí que solo fingieron intentar ayudarme, cuando en realidad nunca hicieron ninguna gestión. Esperaba una atención más honesta y profesional.

This office set the bar for what a truly exceptional healthcare experience should look like. Maite at the front is so welcoming & organized. Isabella, RN, was incredible. She was thorough, attentive, and had a way of explaining things that was both professional and calming. And then there's Dr. Judith Erickson simply outstanding. She listened without rushing, asked the right questions, and made sure I fully understood everything before I left. Her expertise is evident. She treats patients like people, not appointments.
