The services that I have received from this location has been the most horrible experience. They don’t inform you of details that you will need to know and then if you come in and then surprise you with information and expect your medical needs to be set aside up to two months before an appointment, which is unacceptable to a person who has medical needs however, I am in process of looking for a new doctor and get away from this location because I feel like my health is not in their best interest. This place has gone DOWNHILL. They need to figure out why the best employees are no longer there. None of them. If I knew where they went I would have my mother go there. It is sad to see a place that was once decorated and neat with smiling friendly faces and laughs - now turn to a boring office with a weird vibe. Where is the Dr? Where are the staff? My wife has been coming for three months, has been having bad issues with incompetent workers, doctors and staff. When the doctor said that there were going to be orders, there were none. When we asked about them, the staff acted like we didn't know what we talking about. Then when my wife was ill they waited a week to respond to the results from the tests and give meds.

Dr . Andrea Beaver very rude lazy messes up the work she suppose to do forgetful it's like she doesn't wanna work here we don't need people like that working in the health field she needs to get it together and have a lot more compassion for people and better conversation and be pleasant it's enough for people to be worried about their health then you deal with someone who acts like they don't care smh.....and most definitely will be changing doctors ASAP

waited for over an hour past my appointment time in the waiting room with no communication. finally had to go searching for an employee, as they all were gone from the front desk. i was told there were still 3 people ahead of me, and they asked if i wanted to continue to wait. i likely would’ve been there another 3-4 hours if i had. overall, really poor experience. i came in in a huge amount of pain and was forced to sit there with a worsening fever.
