The management is A+. You will not find a better team than Connie, Pedro & Celia
Been living here for a year and are about to resign. The building is nice, well maintained and appears in person as it does online/in tours. The staff is fantastic as maintenance is always upto date thanks to Pedro and it is extremely clean. Connie is super helpful and friendly as well, she made the move-in process super easy and our dog loves her.
The amenities in the building are amazing, and Connie and Pedro are the best! They are always holding events for the building like free bagels every Friday and rooftop BBQs. It’s definitely one of the most well managed apartment buildings we’ve ever lived in!
It has been such a pleasure to live here. The building is very well maintained, in a fun location in the city, and the staff really enjoys to connect with everyone to make them feel at home. The monthly building events that are done for the tenants such as drinks or BBQs are very fun to look forward to as well.
I’ve had a blast during my time at 606. The local team is attentive, friendly, and communicates great. Always quick to fix. Additionally they put on some fun resident activities! I’ve been able to meet lots of my neighbors through some fun events (Cinco de Mayo, Wine & Cheese, & yoga!)
