Worst rental company! BWR cares zero about their tenants. Their one and only concern is making money. Don't expect your deposit back when moving out. Not only did they keep our $500 deposit but billed us for over $1200 for charges including hundreds for turning our utilities off after moving. That's right, BWR will CHARGE you if you turn your utilities off within 10 days of moving from their property. They will also do nothing to help you if you have any issues with neighbors.
